RECLAIMS
1. Contact us immediately on reclaims or questions regarding our supplies or products, telephone +46 10 455 97 00 or sales@axel-larsson.se. Never return products without first contacting us.
2. Fill out our reclaim form, which must always be attached to the products in return.
3. In the cases Axel Larsson will be charged return shipping, the shipment must be included with our shipping number number according to the reclaim form.
4. Once we have received the products, we will send you a reply as soon as possible.
